"I have severe scoliosis with nine fused vertebrae. After my very first session with Kathleen, I felt a big difference in the way my body felt. I started to feel balanced, my body felt lengthened, I felt stronger and I noticed a drop in my pain and discomfort level. Over time, the 'spiraling' of my right leg virtually ceased. As I continued my Pilates sessions, the shape of my body changed. My muscle tone, especially in my back, improved so much that it amazed the doctor at the sports medicine clinic, who I had continued to see for periodic check-ups. Godsend I am so thankful to have found Kathleen after going to SEVEN different people including doctors, a physical therapist, an acupuncturist and multiple chiropractors to rehabilitate a shoulder injury.
